If you have had a Tax Identification Number (TIN) for quite some time now but still do not have a physical TIN ID, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has some good news for you.  This year, the BIR introduced a convenient Digital Tax Identification Number (TIN) ID accessible to all via the Online Registration and Update System (ORUS). The user-friendly website can be accessed effortlessly from a desktop, laptop, or mobile phone with an internet connection.   Here's how: 1. Log on to orus.bir.gov.ph and choose the activity you wish to perform: New Registration Secondary Registration Update Information (Corrections or changes on registration details, cancellation of TIN, or closure of business or facility) Verify TIN or search for BIR-registered businesses Register a branch or facility Other inquiries about Tax Identification Numbers 2.
