If you have had a Tax Identification Number (TIN) for quite some time now but still do not have a physical TIN ID, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has some good news for you.  This year, the BIR introduced a convenient Digital Tax Identification Number (TIN) ID accessible to all via the Online Registration and Update System (ORUS).
