This is a game-changer. Now, you can opt to have your PSA certificates dropped off at any of the participating National Bookstore branches in Metro Manila. It is like picking up a book for your kid, but this time, it is an important document you need without the hassle.

  • Safe and Secure: Only you, with your valid ID, can claim the documents. No authorization letters needed.
Here's how it works:
  • Order your PSA certificates online at PSAHelpline.ph
  • Choose "Pick-up" as your delivery option
  • Select your nearest participating National Bookstore branch
  • Pay online and wait for the confirmation SMS/email that your PSA certificate is ready for pick-up
  • Head to the National Bookstore branch, show your ID and the notification, and receive your documents.
The National Bookstore Pick Up delivery option is currently available in Metro Manila but PSAHelpline is continuously expanding their partnerships with National Bookstore to cover more areas nationwide. An applicant has 30 calendar days to pick up their order at their chosen National Bookstore.
