  • Choose "Pick-up" as your delivery option
  • Select your nearest participating National Bookstore branch
  • Pay online and wait for the confirmation SMS/email that your PSA certificate is ready for pick-up
  • Head to the National Bookstore branch, show your ID and the notification, and receive your documents.
The National Bookstore Pick Up delivery option is currently available in Metro Manila but PSAHelpline is continuously expanding their partnerships with National Bookstore to cover more areas nationwide. An applicant has 30 calendar days to pick up their order at their chosen National Bookstore.
